Super Bowl and analysts are predicting that number will go even higher this
year for Super Bowl #50. But for people who’d rather not watch the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos face off,

Super Bowl Sunday
If you’re looking to burn some calories, the Redondo Beach
Super Bowl Sunday Run/Walk gets you moving — in costume. Yep, the annual
event is known not just for its 5K and 10K courses, but also for the amazing
assortment of outfits worn by participants.
L.A.’s Cookie Con and
This monster convention dedicated to all things dessert
offers acres of treats, including ones that are vegan and gluten free. There
are classes and demos for bakers looking to up their game, as well as crafts,

Alice and the
Wonderful Tea Party 12:30pm
Kids can experience a twist on the classic Alice in
Wonderland tale at The Santa Monica Playhouse. This well-reviewed musical
matinee is geared towards kids aged 2-10, although warning: Audience

Classical Concert in
Pacific Palisades 7:30pm
Head to the Palisades Lutheran Church for a free concert by
the Palisades Symphony Orchestra that includes works by Giuseppe Verdi and
